By commissioning Bodydoll for digital art pieces. you are agreeing to these terms.
Bodydoll has the right to refuse any commission for any reason.
Bodydoll as the artist, maintains all rights to all commissioned artwork; regardless of progress.
Bodydoll has the rights to repost and use all commissioned artwork as advertisement and examples in their portfolio.
Clients may repost completed commissioned artwork, but must credit Bodydoll or the artists personal account.
Clients may NOT utilize commissioned artwork for profit. (No selling the artwork anywhere; examples like on T-shirts/prints/merch/posters, unless given express written permission from Bodydoll/the artist).
Bodydoll does not claim rights to any characters or other intellectual property used in the process of creating the artwork unless it is Bodydoll's original characters.

How it works;
Payment confirmation - *Sketch approval - colour approval - final render approval - image sending - after sales service (minor touch ups for things I may have missed or minor colour corrections).^{*This is were most of the revisions happen and I try to keep it contained here. Once you've approved the sketch, any revisions moving forward would be for colors only.}

I am always honest with what is within my ability of drawing.
This is why an open communication is very important.
I have a specific art style and some things I simply can not do.
Don't hesitate to message me in case you have any idea you'd like drawn or if you have any questions! ♥

TIME FRAMEWIPs and deadlines:
WIPs will be sent throughout the piece being completed (sketch, lines, flat colours, finished piece)
During the sketch and line stage, changes can be requested, (nothing drastic unless I am at fault on pose or key part of character).Deadlines
__Bodydoll does not accept deadlines on art usually, however they can be requested and a rush fee may apply if the deadline is accepted.
Usual completion time is a week to 1 month, depending on place in queue, payments and communication time.
All WIPs are heavily watermarked until full amount is paid-The time for a commission may vary based on the size of the piece or the amount of people that have commissioned before you.

Please don't commission me if:- You have super tight deadlines.
- Anything that needs to be completed in less than 3 weeks; is not something I can promise to deliver.
- You don't have refs. The amount of work I can push out is affected by how much time I spend on a piece. And not having any refs means more work for less money on my part.

COMMERCIAL USE/LICENSES
If you are interested to use my art for commercial use we would have to discuss what type or commercial use the art would be used for and further discuss the price. It can range between 100%-300% of the art's price.

I do not allow any of my work to be resold as NFTs this includes art bought for commercial use. Any use in connection to NFTs automatically forfeits all of the rights to the work back to me.

Return Policies for Bodydoll's Art Commissions:
1) If you cancel the commission before I've begun working on your commission, you can get a half-payment return. You forfeit the other half of the payment for holding my commission slot and requesting my time and work.2) In-progress commissions; you can request a return of 25% of the total cost. You forfeit the other 75% for time, labor, and my commission slot. You will not receive any progress, updates, or continuations, I (Bodydoll) retain all rights and access to the piece I was working on and can do with this artwork as I choose with full ownership of said piece.3) If you are unsatisfied with the final result; and have not attempted to negotiate corrections before completion, you forfeit both the artwork, ownership of artwork, and the commission costs.
